We just recieved a number of Cisco 3650E-48TD switches and are unable to get the configurations and IOS backed up to the Ciscoworks server.
I updated the packages so that it sees the device, and it knows it is a 3650 (see below)

I was afraid you were going to say that! Ok, just wanted to make sure it was not something easy that I missed.
