Hi,
We have CiscoWorks LMS 3.0 running in evaluation license mode on an HP server with 4GB physical RAM, quad core and plenty of disk space. We are runing JRE 1.5.0_14 on the server.
We have verified the installation using pdshow and it all looks ok. However when we fire up CiscoWorks in the browser, we login with the admin user credentials but then the browser (IE 6 SP2) just hangs every time. The event log is full of errors relating to CiscoWorks, the details are below:
Event id: 16640 Source: InCharge Details: Unsuccessful login to dmbroker
We are awaiting our full licenses to arrive so we cannot raise a TAC case at present. Has anyone experienced/resolved this problem before? Any advice/help would be much appreciated.
