There is a way (or software) that can give me the possibility to extend the boss secretary features into Call Manager 4.1(3)? Now I have this problem:
1) If the boss forward the phone on the secretary, for the secretary is impossible to send back the call, the only way is to create a second line for the boss.
2) The secreatary doesn't see the status of the Boss, the only way I found is that all boss lines are shared with the secretary, in this case the secretary for each call I have 2 phone ringing (I don't like it because my secretaries want to take the call only if they dediced to make it.
Do you have Ideas? Thanks.
