I am having a problem accessing the CDR Reports in Cisco Call Manager: I am an admin for Call Manager and also the Reports themselves.
What happens is when I go to the Cisco CallManager 4.1 Serviceability page and go to tools and then pick CDR Analysis and Reporting, I not only get the I.E. popup to log in, but I also get a windows popup screen. I put in my username and password in the popup and it keeps coming up many times. I have installed the latest java and uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. What can I do to get rid of the popup?
