CISCO 2610XM boot issue

Hi experts I am currently working on a 2610XM and this is the message that I get. If someone has any suggestion of how I can fix it, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You (keep in mind im new to Cisco and have not even started my CCNA)

I'm trying to determine if it is indeed bad hardware (error did not result in anything useful on Cisco's error decoder). I think its hardware, but trying to sift through these posts on other boards. Google your warning message, and you'll see a bunch of similar posts....
