Cisco 2610xm NM-2V and VIC-2FXO

I installed the NM and the VIC but do not get anything when I try and conifgure the voice ports.

Here is my IOS and sh run and ver -- no voice ports showing up:

How do I get these ports to be identified?

Probably the code you are running doesn't support it. I think you need

12.4. A "show diag" will always tell you if the hardware you have installed is supported by your software. Unsupported hardware will show up as "unknown" or "unsupported".
