CISCO 2504 issue

Hi Everyone I am new to teh whole Cisco field, I am going to train to get my CCNA and currecntly I am working for a company that handles the equipment and luckily I am one of the testers. Usually small stuff like show version and things of that nature but I am also repsonsible for figuring out what is wrong. Currenctly I am working on two Cisco

2504's and both seem to have the same problem. They load correctly, but once everything boots, and I get to the RETURN section and press enter....it freezes up and does not do anything. I tried breaking it but it freezes at that moment too. Any ideas what might be wrong, or is it just broken??? Thank You

capture and post the console log from the time you power on the router to the point where it freezes

Bad flash, bad memory or a corrupted image stored on the flash.
