Hi Everyone I am new to teh whole Cisco field, I am going to train to get my CCNA and currecntly I am working for a company that handles the equipment and luckily I am one of the testers. Usually small stuff like show version and things of that nature but I am also repsonsible for figuring out what is wrong. Currenctly I am working on two Cisco
2504's and both seem to have the same problem. They load correctly, but once everything boots, and I get to the RETURN section and press enter....it freezes up and does not do anything. I tried breaking it but it freezes at that moment too. Any ideas what might be wrong, or is it just broken??? Thank You
