ASA 5520 Network GigaE module

Hello,

Does anyone know if Cisco hase Network GigaE module for ASA 5520? I need more GE interfaces for active/active failover.

Try using the management port if it is not already in use. The ASA 5520 has

4 built in ports plus 1 management port.

There is a GigabitEthernet expansion port for the ASA. Look at it on Cisco's website under products, security, and ASA. There is a nice animating flash presentation showing the expansion modules.

sure

by removing the management-only command it can pass traffic like any other interface . The only difference is that it is 10/100.

I don't know about ASA, but with PIX, the stateful failover interface had to be the same speed as the fastest port on the device. in this case, GigEth.
