I want to connect a phone by RJ11 connector to a PC and get voice data.
Anyone know how to do this?

Could you narrow that down on exactly what you are trying to do?
Are you trying to run a touch tone interactive response system?
Are you trying to extract information from a voice waveform?
Are you trying to connect a modem for data over voice grade lines?
Does a Moden come to mind?
