Has anyone worked with Computer Telephony Integration on the Merlin Legend or Magix PBX'es? The reason I am asking is because I am looking to create some CTI hooks into a custom CRM application I have developed for my company. I know that there is software/hardware that provides CTI with the Merlin product line, but am wondering if there is published software API so I can hook into it.
Anyone out there know of such a scenario?
