I have the 408 GS/LS-MLX circuit packs installed with R7 Version 12 processor firmware running. It is in Key mode and yet no caller ID. I know the CID works on the six incoming POTS feeding these two cards because I hooked a CID phone up to it and it works fine. Can anyone help me out there?
Let's see, 408 GS/SL-MLX card. Is it supposed to? IIRC you need to buy an 800CID card.

Are they 408 GS/LS MLX-ID modules?
If the cards are in fact 408 GS/LS-ID cards (read, ID) then you might need to go and program the LS-ID delay in the switch. This will give the switch enough time to obtain the ID info from the CO before the Legend sends out the ringing to the sets.
