I am using a belkin router. My laptop as a d-link 610 it picks up my wireless connection but do not connect to the internet it is using window xp

1) Open Control panel > Network Connections
2) Right click your wireless connection and select status
3) on the support tab, what is the ip address and does it show a number next to gateway???
