whats your greatest lenght for a stable usb2 connection? i reached 8 mt simply joining 2 (good quality) usb cables.
maybe, using a single , ultra high quality cable we can reach 20mt?

Depends if you want to cheat.. I had one run about 60m to a printer, however I had a powered hub in the middle (30m)...
Why don't you just buy a pair of USB to CAT/and back to usb connectors and use 10/100 cable for whatever length you need?
