Can I receive the free wireless signal from wireless hotspot also share in my house?? If I can, how will it work??

You probably could try using windows ICS on the receiving computer, and then network your computers thru it. How will it work? Well, you generally get what you pay for. ;)
You would use a bridge, then connect the bridge to a router LAN port (wired or wireless)
