I have a Linksys 2.4 wireless network. For over one year it has worked fine with my Dell work laptop. All of a sudden it quit working. Other PC's in my house work fine with the wireless. Only my laptop won't work. I get a strong signal, but cannot connect to the internet. If I connect to the Linksys router with a cable, I still can't get on the internet. I tried another laptop from work and it has the same problem (both these laptop's wireless works fine at work, hotels, etc.). I have been on the phone with Linksys 2 times and they are no help. Help!

Google for winsockxpfix.exe. Run it to repair the TCP/IP stack.
QI did it but no luck - still can't connect with my laptop.

If you have MAC filtering enabled, make sure that your Dell's MAC address is listed in the address table. Check your firewall settings. It might be preventing you from accessing the internet.
