I ordered a dell inspiron 9100 laptop about a year ago and dummy me didnt order it with wireless capabilities. I bought a wireless pcmcia card but I want to free up that port. Is there any way to put a dell wireless nic built in now, or is it too late?

Pull the cover off the Mini-PCI card slot and see if there are a couple of unused antenna wires in there. If there are, you are golden, if not forget it...
