Convert T1 to E1 8PRI card of AS5350

I have AS5350 with 8 T1 PRI cards. I know there is a conversion method using a special Cisco bootable service image to make 8 T1 card into 8 E1 card.

I'm looking for anyone who can do it for an appropriate fee.
