Have a Panansonic KX-T7431 which had the admin code changed by a previous employee. We know have to change the time, but have no access to admin options.
Is it possible to reset the phone to the default '1234' code?

After you get the admin password, you can change it to whatever you like.
Try looking for a Panasonic KX-TD dealer. There's a procedure to either crack or just finesse the password out of the system.
