Where should the 12 volt power lead from the Napco MVA1000 taking siren driver bo connected to the Vista Panel. On the Napco, you connect it to the battery leads, but the Vista 50 has a 12 volt power terminal. Is the current at that point high enough to power the driver with 4 speakers, or should I cannot that power lead directrly (with a fuse) to the two paralleled batteries. Of course the triggering lead connects to the burg/fire terminals (pulse for fire).

Do it the same way as on the Napco panel. Splice an in-line, 3 Amp fuse between the +12V lead of the siren driver and the battery lead of the panel. Connect the negative to panel ground. Connect the siren driver's trigger lead to the +12V "bell" output on the panel.
