switch out a concord 3 to networx

Nov 29, 2008 1 Replies

I have a buisness customer with a concord 3 at his residence and wants to go to my monitoring center and needless to say company is gone and panel is locked out. looking at how complex the concord 4 replacement is and the ge tool box software will not work you need to set up the enterprise stuff would i be better of just putting in a networx panel and keypad which excepts the iti wireless stuff.

Nick,

I know that the Ultragard wireless ITI equipment works with the Networx receiver. Not exactly sure about the Concord 3 devices. If they are the same vintage as the SX-V panel then I believe the answer is No they won't work.

Otherwise if I am wrong then you are on the right track. You can use the NX148E-RF keypad and save yourself the time to run extra wire to a receiver. Well worth the extra $5 for the keypad.

Good luck.
