Anyone know how to get the chime back on for my bhs-4000b.only light on is power light

Standard Keypad
- Press the OPTIONS key.
- Press the 2 key. The ENTER CODE - light blinks.
- Enter your keypad code. The keypad beeps. The READY and the CHIME lights turn on while the chime feature is now on.
Premium Keypad
- Press the OPTIONS key until the message window reads DOOR CHIME, ENTER CODE.
- Enter your keypad code. The keypad beeps. The message window reads READY, DOOR CHIME.
