Is Napco quickloader ver 5.6.3 compatible with Windows7?

its one of those spin the bottles games sometimes yes most times no from what I have experienced put it in and give it a try and run it in XP emulation mode..Just make sure win 7 is 32 bit not 64 bit.
I use Quickloader but I use it with XP.
