Napco Gemini 9600 Keypad Times don't match Panel Times

I have a Gemini 9600 panel that shows correct time in Quickloader under "DST - Time Zone" but the keypads (two of them) are one hour ahead.



The time zones on the PC and in quickloader are correct. I've done the "Status/Control" / "Set Clock" as well... but nothing seems to correct the time on the keypads.



This is a system that has been up and running since last fall when it was installed.



I've googled this error, but I can't find any solutions for this exact problem.



Any ideas?

What version is the 9600?

My idea is ...... don't show the time at the keypads.

After my first few installations with the Gemini series, and finding that the client couldn't adjust the time without getting into the dealer programing, I just don't put the time up on the keypads.

Like ..... who needs another freakin clock to set? Especially one on their alarm system.
