It's me

:-) ROFL js

What was that you promised about stopping your ongoing commentary on my website? I guess your word is about as worthless as your "content".

Do yourself a favor and find something useful about which to post. Ypou're adding nothing but vitriol.

RHC: Frank, my point is that if both you guys tone down your rhetoric, it's not likely that things would accelerate to the point where you both start calling each other names. Try to look beyond the name calling and finger pointing and see what this kind of thing does to the ng, and to what people think who are coming here. That's all I was really trying to say, albeit in perhaps a bit too severe a tone...

RHC: Now you're being really vicious. I had a "plastic sled" and now have a REAL motorcycle....:))

If you'd care to look at what I was responding to, you'd see it wasn't a post commenting on your website.

I sure don't. I was merely commenting on them. The thread assumed a life of it's own when he started calling everyone that said they were there "liars".

I agree. But his denying it even exists after about a dozen people have all experienced them (and they are reproduceable), then launching into "general attack mode" sort of takes it beyond "his" problem.

You're right. When he inexplicably left, it was rather "quiet" around here... Peaceful even...

Bob, I respect you. But dammit, sometimes you do go off the deep end. "Condoning" just about anyone's behaviour as long as they "contribute to the Group" and "contribute long enough" is about as ridiculous as calling me "a liar" for pointing out the Pop-Up's on Robert's website.

The Loxxon system?? My guys are all trained to ask "would you like a Loxxon with that?" whenever you pick up an order at the "counter". :-)

Get rid of that Gold Wing and get a real bike for cryin' out loud!! :-)

Yeah, I know guy ! I have to admit, lately I've stopped taking everything so seriously and am going to stand down from my soapbox and enjoy the view. I guess Graham (I think that's who it was) hit my "annoy button" because of his generalization about my being against long term contracts. That just isn't so; just certain ways they are applied. If he read anything I've said with any attention to the details, he'd see that. But what the hell, even that no longer yanks my chain very much any more. Live and let live ! Each to his own...it sure works for me...

No offence Frank, but if you'd stop knitpicking RLB about every little thing, maybe things would go smoother. Frankly, I like your approach more than Jim's. Deal with the facts and their accuracy and inaccuracy, rather than dealing in insults and vile language. Readers aren't stupid; they can see the truth reasonably quickly, but if intelligent conversation is covered with a layer of slime, it clouds the view for everyone....

Cheers!

for a view of a REAL motorcycle....:)))

I wasn't actually calling Robert a name. "Cheap prick" can be applied to almost anyone here at one time or another (including myself). I hate spending money on things like radiator hoses, gas, tires, and head-lights. Love DVD's, wide screen TV's, kick-ass sound systems, and my latest passion... "Web-TV" (thanks to Tom, Mark, and Graham). :-)

When it comes to a web-site, the one thing I wouldn't "go cheap" on would be hosting. The statistics offered by "Kounter.com" are about as good as those that I pay about $2.50 a month for (for each of the web sites I operate). All you're doing by employing so called "free" services is ensuring that things like pop-up code will kill repeat traffic to your site. Since my help isn't appreciated, I'll keep such further comments to myself and let Robert go his "merry way".

I know. I didn't want you to feel "left out". Part of the fun of hangin' out here is getting to "pull a few chains"... ;-)

That wasn't me you crazy Canuck! That was your pal Tom (-Where's my WebTV-).

If I wanted to yank your chain, you'd know it was me. :-)

No offence to you Bob, but if you would at least acknowledge the fact that RLB is the main source of the turmoil in this NG instead of enabling his deplorable behavior maybe he would stop. After all, you are one of the very few he has "respect" for your opinion.

I found it useful.

As if anyone other than me would annoint WEBTV a decent ISP, as well as share my excellent command of the expletives you find so f****ng offensive. Your wish for the end of aliases is about as likely to happen as the wish for you to stop pretending Bass is a contributor and not a soliciting scumbag. The group would be dull at best without his constant bullshit stories but when you portray yourself as an amateur consumer advocate you look like an idiot when you maintain a relationship with the biggest scam artist here while pretending as if he's just a misunderstood person. Your credibility is so shot it wouldn't surprise me if you were the Professor X your pal Cooper refers to.

Talking to me, Pinky? I know that must be directed at me because I refuse to post anything useful here for fear of further educating you about this industry you know so little about (tip&ring is still my all time favorite).

Ah sorry guy ! I can never tell who the devil is behind all these pseudonames. Thought it was you. I wish people would stop hiding behind all these aliases. I don't know what purpose it serves other than to confuse people....

yup..

I appreciate the comments. I've received a ton of email over the last year when I stopped flaming Robert. I've enjoyed life a whole lot more since then (including the time I spend here "policing" his activities). Mostly I've just left him alone knowing how easily he's riled and how quickly he resorts to name calling, innuendo, and lies. It *is* fun rattling his chain though. He leaves so much of it lying around. :-)

Yeah... I've seen it. A friend of mine is rebuilding an "Indian" he found in the hay inside a barn in Clearbrook. It's in pieces at the moment, but I've seen pictures of the thing as it will look. Now

*that's* a bike!! No frills, just "mean" lookin'.

It is... and it will be...

If Bob did that, then he'd quickly become one of those whose opinions Robert doesn't respect.

Thanks Tom ! Coming from you, as I remember, the master of the free system sale, that is quite a compliment !

Hey, this is fun ! Can I be the newsgroup bad boy....please, please ! Baiting the twits is such fun !! If I could steal all of RLB's thunder, wouldn't that be a hoot!!!! (like the politician said, I don't care what they say about me as long as they're talking about me....)

Ok guys ! Give it your best shot......:))))) (oh goody goody...)
