For some reason I lost the installer option (*8) on my DSC Power 832. When I press *8 on my keyboard I have the message "option nonavailable". Is there a way to retrieve the *8 option?

That means either you have a zone still in alarm or your other partition is armed.

I doubt it would do any good since you've removed that option from the LCD keypad settings
