Over 16 years as an owner and I still don't buy Optex if there is any other product in the world that will do because of you. Imagine that could have been 16 years of product loyalty...

I hear you...I stopped buying from ADI in 2003 due to their unfair pricing schedules and direct sales to government or anyone else not in the alarm biz.
I stopped buying Chex Mix from General Mills because they changed the recipe, does that count?
