Help...
I am looking for someone who has an installers programming manual for a Chubb Monitor FX system. Not the owners manaual, the installers manual. Extended power outages and service calls are killing us with reprogramming fees.

I know nothing of Chubb's systems, but I'd think the only thing that would need to be reprogrammed after a power outage would be the system's clock. You may very well be paying for something that's covered in your own user manual.
I have a few customers like this, they refuse to be bothered to learn how to change codes, but somehow don't mind paying for a service call a few times a month for me to do it for them. Drives me nuts too.
