Anyone use any AvaLAN Wireless gear? Is it better than say Trango Wireless?

We sell both. They're fairly popular. So far we've had no major hassles with either. What kind of application is it?
We did some testing with them using 15 element yagis and got 25km - one end on a roof top, the other end on a hill top. Performance seems fine, but they don't seem to rugged.
