I have an SRG 1.0 running BCM 3.6 software I am having problems istalling some i2001 telephones, the phones will boot allow uou to set the DN and after that nothings happens.Any help with this will be appreciated.
Check your release notes. i2001 phones aren't supported on SRG 1.0 - ony 2002, 2004 and 2050 phones will work at this point.
