I M in a Great need of Help My Boss wants some distribution of lines from a PRI connection like 5 lines from PRI for some purpose and 25 Lines for other. I have no Idea how can it B done. I required help if anybody have any idea how it can b done just mail me

You need the phone company to split the PRI first and only send the digits you want on the 5 channels to those 5 channels only and the rest of the digits to the other channels. you can't do this in the PBX.
