I need some help with an intermittant voice mail problem on Nortel voicemail Version 4.0. The Auto attendant answers fine with the correct greeting 9 times out of 10, some call then get a message " ... has been deleted" then "beep" to leave a message. The general mailbox has been turned off. Any ideas I could try? Thank you in advance for your help.
