On a Norstar ICS when I do a F985 I get "set 349" on every phone in the office. Is this the DN of the voice mail system and is it different from the DN that I would change through F**CONFIG, System Programming, Change DNs. I assume the latter is what I would use to change the extension number in a phone already connected to the system?
The labeling in the office is non existent so I can't change the crossovers.
