I'm trying to find out the how and what of connecting external speakers to a small phone system I manage on a part time basis.
I manage an Option 11 at work with about 100 users ( I know, that is small to you guys). The system I do part time as a favor is a Norstar-Plus, Compact ICS2.0. They are currently using the paging function to page through the speakers on the sets. They want to add some external speakers throughout the facility so they can page through them as well as through the sets. What sort of paging equipment is needed? How would it be hooked up? And is there any programming that needs to be done?
