MMail and SCCS reboot sequence...

Hello, is there a prefered sequence to reboot mmail and sccs with access link after off line maintenence work on mmail was performed? is it opposite of call pilot sccs combination? thank you, Simon.

I bring Mail up first so I can watch the access ports get acuired when SCCS comes back up.
