Hi All,
I have a Norstar system with MISC 6.0 and a Call Pilot 100. We are using an autoattendant and we would like to set it up so that when one of the autoattendant options is selected that it transfers the call off-site using a centrex line.
For example, if I press 3 for Accounting, it goes to the accountant's home number. Or I would also like to be able to setup call forwarding on a particular extension so that if that extension is selected it sends it to an offsite number.
Is this possible?
