While copying settings to our employees phones, I accidentally copied over the receptionist's settings at extension 221. OOPS! Now the phone won't act as the main receptionist line. Does anyone know how to reset the phone to defaults for the receptionist set? This is an M7316E and is the original receptionist phone. We are using the Callpilot VM also.

No way to go back unless you did a backup with remote utilities to restore from.
Is it the phone or the line that I messed up? If I put a brand new phone at 221, will that work?
The programming is (was) held within the control unit, no way to reinstate unless was backed up or you can remember how it was programmed
