CallPilot 150 External Call Transfer question

Hello,

We have a CallPilot 150 and I have a question re: transfers into mailboxes in the following scenario. Someone calls into our office, dials an extension and gets a voice mailbox. Once in the voicemail box, how can they transfer to another extension or back to the automated attendant so that they can call into another extension? The only way we can do this now is to hang up and redial into the company.

First, make sure your system is initialized for NVM interface or at least that the mailboxes COS are set with NVM interface. Then there is a general auto attendant setting - 'return to AA' that needs to be selected. Then you can press * to return to the main greeting from a mailbox.
