We have a Nortel system with an M7310 admin set. Half of our phones ring when an incoming call comes in. The other half do not (tho the little LINE triangle flashes on the silent sets). I thought that we might need to alter the hunt groups. But when I go into system programminig, I do NOT get a HUNT GROUP menu. I get an AUTO ATTENDANT menu.
Anyone have any idea HOW I get my different phones to ring when incoming calls come in?
