device to record off meridian phones

Any one know of such a beast, customer wants to record voicemails while listening to them any help is appreciated thx

We have one at a shared workstation so anyone in the telecom department can record a call when needed.

If the solution needs to be cheap, then recording from the handset cord via Radio Shack might be the ticket.

Algo sells a box called the AUXBOX which the used between the phone and your computer via USB. Many customers use this as cheap alternative to purchasing a CallPilot which with Desktop Messaging would give you the ability to save voicemail messages as .wav files to your desktop via the Unified Messaging.
