I was wondering if it's possible to do any kind of reporting with Meridian Mail. We'd like to know how many times people go to a certain branch of the auto-attendant tree but I'm not sure how to get this information. Any help is greatly appreciated!

You can get some very bad reports, but it will give you some idea.
Go to: Option 6 "OPERATIONAL MEASUREMENTS" from the Main Menu.
Select Option 2 "Traffic Reports" from the Operation Measurement
Menu.
Select YES for the "Services Detail" Reporting.
