CICS 2.0
A customer would like to add phones and or program the system. Currently the system has only one M7210 working on it. He's tried to add various 7310s and a 7324 -- they won't work, but they do work on other Norstar systems. The 7208 will work on any port -- the other phones won't work on any port.
Voltage on the ports measures 20.16 Volts.
Any ideas?
