I'm trying to figure out a couple of programming problems that I'm having with this system.
Recently, I had to set the password back to factory default because no one knew what it had been set to. I had no problem doing that, however, I now need to set it back to what it was originally and can't manage to do so. The unit is set up for 3 digit extensions.
The other problem is with the Flash voicemail. There are currently 2 choices in the main greeting. I would like to change the extension destinations from the Auto Attendant greeting, for example, where you "Press 1 for Sales" and it goes to ext. 221 and so on. I need to change it from the existing ext. to a different one. I also need to add in a 3rd choice. When I attempted to change the values in CCR, I could see my changes, but for some reason, they wouldn't take. I'm not exactly sure what it is that I'm doing wrong here and the manuals that I have leave a lot to be desired. They tell you that you can set it up to perform various functions, but don't go in to much detail. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions? Thanks in advance to anyone who posts a reply here.
