I'm wiring my house right now and am going to buy the Omnipro II controller. What wire do I need to run between a touch screen interface or LCD console to the mechanical room where I will mount the unit?

18/4 or 22/4 should be fine
I contacted HAI and they told me that I should use cat5e for anyone else who might have this question.

18/4 or 22/4 stranded or solid will be fine though.
The LCD pad I mounted a few months ago only required 4 cables. Maybe the newer pads are different
