For me the right answer is to not let anything act as a server. You should set IE to not act as server as default and you won't get asked all the time.
I kind of new at this so I apologize if this is a dumb question. I just set up Zonealarm on my computer (Windows XP SP2) and it seems to be working fine. When I go to certain sites it asks me if I want IE to act as a server. What is the right answer? Yes or No? And is this the right answer all the time? Thanks,
Almost. :o) Always assume that nothing needs server rights, unless the documentation specifically states otherwise. In other words, if you aren't installing something that specifically requires server rights, such as a server of some type, then the answer is a resounding NO. There are VERY few exceptions to this "rule of thumb."
