Zonalarm Pro on 2000 using Suid Proxy

Can I set up Zone alarm Pro some how to work with my Squid Proxy Server.

2000 computer is behind this proxy. I have to have zone alarm running to initially to enter the pasword then shut it down before I startup explorer.

Any ideas?
