voice-card entry

Hi guys,

I have the following entry on my 2811 which seems to be something configured long time ago, but no longer valid (I have executed the show diag comman and do not see a voice card in slot 0):

voice-card 0 no dspfarm

I have tried to remove this entry from my config by executing the no voice-card 0 command, but I get response that this is not the way to remove it. Could you please let me know how to get rid of it?

You can't get rid of it, and it doesn't bother anything. The 2800 series routers have a DSP slot (called voice-card 0) and this command is automatically put in by IOS. It's just like an "ntp period xxx" entry in the config. You can take it out, but it will always come back.
