I am looking for Visio Stencils. Like, the stencils they use to produce the Cisco courseware. I've found Cisco Stencils but they represent the device "like they are", I need even something "conceptual" like the courses....

You may want to look at the Cisco Icon Library, especially those for Powerpoint - they can be used in Visio. Also, the Packet Mag ones are nice.
Keyword is conceptual icons, not physical icons. The previous post identifies the proper documentation for that. However, they will not be a convenient stencil. You can drag and drop though.
