Version 1 net flow to Version 5

I'm running a catalyst 6513 with 12.1(11r)E1. I recently discovered the wonders of NetFlow and pulled down a 30 day trial of NetFlow Analyzer 6. Long story short- the program only does v5 and above, and when I do a sho ip flo exp I see my router is sending version 1 flow records. How can I bump this up to v5? Do I need to upgrade the IOS? I'd hate to go to a v1 compatible program if I can get v5 or above to work.

which indicates that on 6500 Netflow version 5 support would start with IOS version 12.1(13)E

and the latest release is around IOS 12.2(33)SXH
