Updating 2900 switch open original image

What does following message mean, which was at the end of the update?

You downloaded an image for an LRE switch which is a long reach ethernet switch... You need an image for a regular 2900XL...

It looks like you downloaded wrong image. Cisco has various "flavors" of

2924 switches, including LRE (Long Reach Ethernet) version. You should download the latest IOS for 2900XL (2924XL) switch.
