unknown Card error with 1721

Hi all, I have been trying to configure a 1721 router with one shdsl wic (WIC-1SHDSL-V3=) and one ADSL wic (WIC-1ADSL-DG=) and currently i receive a unknown card at startup (shown below) and nether cards shows up when the router has fully loaded. Both cards are new out of the box and the router has been used before in another environment. I have checked on the cisco site to confirm the cards are compatible and also i have loaded the correct IOS according to cisco.

that the V3 card needs 12.4.

Minimum Cisco IOS software release required for new WIC WIC-1SHDSL-V3 support.

1721, 12.4(2)XA or 12.4(3rd)T

formatting link
Minimum IOS rev 12.3(7)T

So, you're below the minimum rev for both cards, which is why they don't show up, you can't run an IOS for a card released after that rev of software was.

(12.3(y)T is newer at all times than any 12.3(x) without the T, even if x > y).

So, looks like you have to get yourself up to 12.4(x)T or 12.4(x)XA at the minimum to support both cards.
